Nancy Krauss

Nancy is a learning and development practitioner who works with organizations ranging from Fortune 100s to mid-sized non-profits to identify and resolve business issues in the workplace related to talent. Her career in the human performance arena spans myriad roles including instructional design and development, performance consulting, facilitation, training, and coaching.
Nancy knows that the “human capital” in any organization can and will perform, engage productively with clients and stakeholders and achieve goals if given the tools to be successful. She loves helping leaders design frameworks to articulate shared mission, vision and values–the destination–and working within the systems tasked with getting there. Nancy does this by developing solutions to leverage the collective wisdom of departments and teams undergoing redesign, restructuring or simply everyday challenging goals.
Solutions she creates could include learning strategies and training but often aim toward improving selection, developing leadership capacity or improving business processes.

Colleagues and clients recognize her for building and maintaining positive relationships based on understanding stakeholders’ needs, balancing human/business considerations and delivering on promises. Nancy holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a MS Ed from the University of Miami.
