Jeffrey Wilk

Jeffrey is a passionate award-winning marketing communications leader known for his rigor, energy and professionalism, who pulls from his past experiences to deliver solutions at the right place and the right time for his clients. He is a strategic thinker with the ability to influence decision making and is a strong leader who ensures on-time, on-budget project completion. Jeffrey excels at helping people and organizations discover their unique value propositions, share their perspective with the marketplace and recalibrate industry thinking. He’s an ambitious activator with a relentless drive and work ethic, not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get things done.

He has really taken to being part of a results-oriented team focused on creating growth through intelligence, strategy, action and measurement. Jeffrey recognizes that strategy is dependent upon execution and therefore pays particular attention to creating strategies that align key stakeholders and unlock the power of internal change agents. 

Jeffrey’s background includes more than 10 years in corporate marketing and communications working for an industry-leading healthcare staffing organization. In this role he developed and championed business development marketing and candidate sourcing strategies to enhance talent recruitment efforts, business development and brand market penetration. During his tenure, Jeffrey received numerous awards including 14 ADDY Awards from the South Florida American Advertising Federation for campaigns in multimedia, direct mail, web and print advertising. A leader in the organization, he was recognized as employee of the year and a top performer for the quarter. In addition, Jeffrey is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician for the past 15 years, providing him a unique perspective on the industry as a healthcare practitioner as well.

Prior to entering the healthcare marketing industry, Jeffrey worked in entertainment public relations. He worked with clients such as The Today Show, Good Morning America, USAID, NASA, Johnson & Johnson among others. In under three years, the company grew to a US Top 20 PR firm.

Community involvement is of incredible importance to Jeffrey. In civil rights, he’s worked with the Anti-Defamation League and is an alumnus of its Glass Leadership Institute. He’s also volunteered with the United Way/Mission United, The March of Dimes and Project Perfect World. For more than 17 years, Jeffrey has taught first aid and CPR to civilians and healthcare professionals as a BLS instructor for the American Heart Association.

In his free time, Jeffrey is an outdoor enthusiast. His passion is discovery and photography. Clearly related to one of his character traits (curiosity), he is keen to discover different things, whether it is by traveling to various places around the world, meeting people, learning about cultures or just going for a hike or walk in an unknown place or city.  Extremely ambitious and dedicated, he lives his life by never giving up and becoming stronger and wiser from all of his life experiences.

A graduate of The University of Florida where he studied public relations and marketing, Jeffrey brings more than a decade of leadership in marketing communications and project management. This experience enables his clients to move their results up and to the right. He loves the opportunity of having a positive impact in the success and growth of his clients.
